On February 13th, 2019, the first performance of Chinese ballet Raise the Red Lantern was successfully staged in the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in USA! On the eve of the premiere, i.e. February 12th, the Embassy of China in USA held a welcoming reception for Chinese artists, attended by Li Kexin, the minister of the Embassy of China in USA and Li Hong, minister and counselor. The familiar faces and delicious Chinese food let the artists feel like at home.

On February 13th, in the Eastern Standard Time of United States of America, the premiere of Chinese ballet Raise the Red Lantern made a great success in the John F. During the rest period of the intense rehearsal, the Artistic Director Feng Ying was invited to bring a well-prepared ballet master class to more than 20 local teenagers and receive a warm welcome from the children.
Following Madam Feng Ying in person, the young trainees constantly paraphrase and correct themselves facing the mirror.
Madam Feng Ying teaches children scientific and correct methods of training.
