On January 12th,2019, the National Ballet of China staged La Bayadère at the Opera Houseof National Centre for the Performing Arts. At the beginning of the new year,on the eve of the Lunar New Year and in the solemnest and the splendid mode, itkicked off the celebrating activities for the 60th anniversary of the foundingof National Ballet of China, and at the same time sent a generous festive giftto Beijing audience with romantic and aesthetic ballet.

The show was also thedebut of Huang Yi, the new principal conductor of the Symphony Orchestra ofNational Ballet of China.

National Ballet of Chinacelebrates the New Year with classic ballet! La Bayadère will becontinually performed on January 13th (Sunday) at the Opera House ofNational Centre for the Performing Arts. The artists of National Ballet ofChina once again invites you to enjoy the wonderful performance!
