On December 4th, The Crane Calling was staged at Beijing Tianqiao Theater as the fifth performance of the Performing Season to Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of National Ballet of China. President of the Republic of El Salvador Nayib Bukele, who is on a state visit to China, along with his wife, Gabriela de Bukele, and the ministerial officials of the Republic of El Salvador, watched the performance that night with the company of Chinese officials such as Luo Shugang, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Xie Jinying, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ou Jianhong, Chinese Ambassador to El Salvador, Lan Hu, Deputy Director of the Latin American Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Feng Ying, Director and Artistic Director of National Ballet of China, Wang Quanxing, Party Secretary of the Company, Yang Xiong, Deputy Party Secretary of the Company and Wang Jishu, Deputy Director of the Company.

After the performance, President Nayib Bukele of the Republic of El Salvador and his wife, accompanied by Luo Shugang, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Feng Ying, Director of National Ballet of China, and Wang Quanxing, Party Secretary of the Company, went to the stage to express greetings to the artists of National Ballet of China. He said excitedly: "Thank you very much for your performance tonight. I'd like to say this is a very wonderful and perfect performance! There is nothing to regret about for me and my wife in this ballet. The performance is perfect, the music is perfect, the stage is perfect and the lighting perfect. What's more, each of the performers is perfect. I have to say you deserve the title of a national-level actor, and deserve the reputation as a national-class ballet company. More importantly, I also want to thank everyone for everything we have learned tonight, thank you all! Also, I want to extend my appreciation to the Minister of Culture and Tourism, the director of National Ballet of China as well as the dancers.
