In the end of the performance, accompanied by the Director of National Ballet of China Feng Ying, the Secretary Wang Quanxing, the Deputy Secretary Yang Xiong, and the Deputy Director Wang Jishu, Graham Watts, the world-known dance critic and the chairman of the National Dance Awards of Britain, came to the stage and kindly communicated with all the performers. Mr. Watts said: "The performance of the National Ballet of China is amazing, and every minute of the performance is enjoyable. Every part of the performance, from the leading roles, character dancers to group dance, has been well performed, especially the part in the scene 'Kingdom of the Shades'. I have seen at least 20 versions of La Bayadère around the world, but such uncluttered and consistent performance is still very rare. It is not hard to imagine how diligently you have worked in your daily training and congratulations on each of you."
