After the performance, Stephen Seedansingh Jnr., Ambassador of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to China and his wife Alyssa Seedansingh, went on the stage to congratulate the artists and said excitedly, "this is my first time to watch the performance of the National Ballet of China. There is no doubt that the Cinderella performed by the artists of National Ballet of China is the most unforgettable ballet I have seen. The artists' exquisite and emotional interpretation left me with deep and beautiful memories. "
On December 19th, Cinderella, a ballet by Ben Stevenson was staged in Beijing Tianqiao Theatre as the 10th performance of the Performing Season to Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of National Ballet of China. What is particularly noteworthy is that at the beginning of this month, the National Ballet of China had just finished its domestic tour with this ballet and won widespread high praise in many cities of China; and the young artists who have gained rich experience in the tour once again showed this precious and wonderful classic ballet to the audience of Beijing, and won deafening applause and cheers.
