On the evening of January 9th, the new-year ballet The Nutcracker (Chinese Version) continued to be staged in Shanghai Oriental Art Center.
"As the Lunar New Year is coming, people are bustling about purchasing goods for the New Year at the temple fair. Adults greet each other in traditional ways, while children are enjoying themselves in the festive atmosphere." A festive and lively scene of Spring Festival unfolded slowly on the stage.

It is particularly worth mentioning that in the two performances of The Nutcracker (Chinese Version) in Shanghai Oriental Art Center, the three leading dancers Wang Ye, Xu Yan and Hou Xulei all graduated from Shanghai Dance School. Since entering the National Ballet of China, they have gained all-round growth and promotion. This time, they made wonderful performances in The Nutcracker (Chinese Version) as reports to the Shanghai audience.
