As one of the highlights of the 5th China International Ballet Season, the re-staged ballet Onegin was premiered in Tianqiao Theatre by National Ballet of China on December 16.

The Symphony Orchestra of NBC provided excellent live music performance.

Deputy Director and Prima Ballerina of NBC Zhang Jian danced "Tatiana" again

Premier Danceur of NBC Ma Xiaodong danced "Onegin" for the first time

Principal Dancer of NBC Zhan Xinlu danced "Olga" for the first time

Principal Dancer of NBC Zheng Yu danced "Lensky" again

Excellent young dancer of NBC Wu Dianyu took the role Prince Gremin for the first time

Leading dancers and répétiteurs celebrated on the successful premiere.

Onegin will be on in Tianqiao Theater until December 19 with three teams of different casts, each team for one day to bring diversity to the same repertoire. Welcome to the Tianqiao Theater to enjoy the infinite charm of ballet together!
