On June 28, the National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of renowned conductor Hu Yongyan and featuring pianist Tan Xiaotang, took the stage at the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Through their brilliant interpretations of two Russian masterpieces by Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky, they eloquently conveyed to the audience the theme of the concert—"Splendour and Pathos".
