On the afternoon of January 12th, led by Liu Ju, the Resident Conductor, and Wang Xiaomao, Assistant Music Director, National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra appeared in the National Centre for the Performing Arts Taihu Stage Art Center, in Tongzhou District, Beijing. The NBC Symphony orchestra started the new performance brand "Taihu Weekly Concert" of the National Centre for the Performing Arts with a wonderful concert of outstanding music works!

National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra has been closely cooperating with the NCPA for more than ten years. In addition to the "New Year's Chime Concert" and the concerts performing season, the NBC Symphony Orchestra has participated in a series of art popularization activities of the NCPA represented by "Weekend Concert". This is also in line with the pursuit of the National Ballet of China for many years, which has been sticking to its original intention, to give back high arts to the public and bring fine works to the people.

In 2020, the National Centre for the Performing Arts officially launched four series of performance sections, including "Weekly Concert" in the NCPA Taihu Stage Art Center. They invited famous artists and groups to build a first-class performance brand with the lower price, so as to normalize the high-quality and elegant art performances in the sub center of Beijing city and help the construction of "Taihu performance town". This time, National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra was invited as the first art group to appear in the section of "Weekly Concert", which once again confirmed the deep friendship between National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra and the National Centre for the Performing Arts.
