National Ballet of China has a highly skilled Stage Production Department, which was founded in 1959. It has been in charge of all stage design and production of NBC, including sets, lighting, props, costumes and make-up for over 60 years. Stage Production Department of NBC is responsible for stage setup for nearly two hundred performances of the Company each year, while occasionally providing stage technical support for companies from abroad.
